Family run for 3 generations, this elegant Belle-Époque hotel, a member of Relais&Châteaux, looks back on a long history and offers you a grand atmosphere and modern spa facilities. At Hotel Walther you can choose from comfortably furnished, sunny south-, east- or west-facing rooms, or quiet and spacious north-facing rooms. All rooms are non-smoking and are decorated with lots of wood and warm colours to provide for a cosy ambience. Some rooms have a terrace or a balcony. Enjoy culinary delights in the stylish dining room or in the à la carte restaurant La Stüva. The restaurant was recently redesigned in a chic Alpine style and was awarded 14 points by Gault Millau. There is also an elegant bar with piano music, and an exclusive smoking lounge. The Aqua viva wellness oasis, the swimming pool and the whirlpool invite you to relax after a grand day out in the fresh air. Many services are available free of charge, including use of the gym, baby equipment, the internet corner, in-room phone calls, and transfers from and to Pontresina Train Station. You can borrow mountain bikes, play tennis on 3 courts, and let your children have fun on the playground. Guided hikes are also arranged. In winter Hotel Walther is happy to arrange downhill and cross-country skiing guides for guests. As with the summer activities, this is included in the price of a room. Get a 20% reduction on green fees at the golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz/Madulain. A minimum stay of 2 nights includes free use of cable cars and public transport.
